At PlantPaper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable home essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unopened and unused products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
